A client realised that its UX design was generic and not consistent with the rest of its distinct brand (and design). Within system and supplier constraints, the challenge was to create a clearly brand specific UX design strategy.
Research and Outputs:
Workshops with client team to define the nature of the (brand) identity to take into UX. Info-graphics showing four core strands of client UX architecture and the exploration of several different UX approaches across these. Focus on chosen direction and progression of UX design strategy to greater fidelity – with outputs feeding into an internal prototype / concept. Unpacking of user benefits to all stakeholders.
