Helping Marketing get more out of Design
The Product Planning Group of an OEM car brand wanted to gain a better understanding of car design – to be able to align their advanced work more with Design and to generally aid their interface with their Design group.
Research and Outputs:
CDR created a two-day workshop that described car design both as an industrial craft, and according to the different ways it is read / consumed by car customers.
This was delivered on the client site by CDR team of three, using client cars in some of the exercises.
Beyond meeting the primary challenge, the workshop was accessible for a wide range of people, engaging, and contributed to client team building
