Huge international on-line survey of customer views on a brand's car design

Challenge:

The OEM car client was successful in western markets, and increasingly in China, but was unsure about how customers in China perceived the design of its cars (and its competitors) relative to those in America and Europe

Research and Outputs:

Close liaison with the client team to establish the profiles of customer’s and competitors to focus on; management of recruiters in all territories; developing of a secure on-line survey to operate consistently in different territories / languages; robust capturing, processing and synthesis of data from 1800 car customers; succinct text and chart based report with key findings, implications and recommendations.
